Raffels Jeddah

Precision Fit-Out for an Iconic Jeddah Landmark

The Raffles Jeddah demanded an interior execution that matched the architectural ambition of one of the Kingdom's most prestigious hospitality developments. Every surface, joint, and material interface was resolved through coordinated fabrication logic before production began.

Marble, woodwork, metalwork, and glass were not treated as separate trades — but as interdependent systems governed by shared tolerances and sequenced installation logic.

Disciplines

The grand lobby features Italian marble flooring

with precision-cut inlays, complemented by ornamental wood wall panels and custom-fabricated metal reception counters. Service areas, including kitchens and back-of-house facilities, were fitted with the same level of control and finish consistency.

Fabrication sequences were pre-engineered to eliminate site improvisation. Complex interfacing between curved architectural elements and natural stone cladding was resolved digitally, then validated through physical mockups before full production commenced.
